Shipping Policy:

-Ships to Australia, NZ, UK, USA and Canada

-Items will be packaged and posted within 1-5 working days

-Shipping is regular post, please expect some delays due to Australia Post being in high demand at this time, up to 7-14 days or more for domestic, up to 8 weeks for international

-Shipping is automatically calculated by weight, sometimes when purchasing multiple items shipping can calculate incorrectly. If there is a discrepancy between the cost of postage and how much you are charged you will be issued with a partial refund of the difference

 Breakages:

-All items are made by hand, and therefore have slight variations, marks or imperfections that will not take away from the functionality or quality of the piece. Please bare this in mind when purchasing

 -Items will be packaged to the highest standards using recycled materials to keep them safe and secure on their journey. However once the items have left my hands I cannot take responsibility for any breakages/ damage or losses during transit

Returns:

-Returns are welcome within 14 days of purchase with postage to be at buyers expense

-A refund will be issued once the item has been returned and ONLY if it is in its original condition 

-Exchanges are not available
